Professional Standards

La Sanctite Reflexology & Wellness is owned and operated by a fully qualified practitioner who is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) in the UK.

All treatments are carried out in accordance with the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics, ensuring high professional standards, confidentiality and client care.

As an AoR Member:

·        I follow the AoR Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety

·        I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice / professional indemnity requirements.

·        I continue with the AoR Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensure the practice is kept up to date

·        I am compliant with GDPR data protection.  Please see the separate Privacy Policy.  Your information will remain confidential at all times

·        As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with AoR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support

Services

La Sanctite Reflexology & Wellness offers reflexology, Reiki, and flower essence consultations.  All treatments are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made via the website or WhatsApp.  A confirmation message will be provided once the booking is accepted.

·        When making an appointment you agree to the Terms & Conditions.

·        When making the appointment you agree to a consultation with me prior to the treatment and you will disclose any relevant medical or lifestyle information.

By booking an appointment, clients confirm that they have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

·        All appointments are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy where a minimum of 48 hours’ notice must be given to change or cancel the appointment.

·        Full payment for a treatment will be charged at the time of booking.  If it is cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the payment will be refunded in full.

·        If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours’ notice, the full cost of the treatment will be charged, and no refund will be given.

·        If a treatment is unsuitable for a client or cannot be provided for any reason because of the therapist, the payment will be fully refunded.

·        If a client is running late, the therapist will do her best to accommodate the client but please note, it may not be possible to provide the full treatment within the original appointment time.

Clinical Form

A clinical form must be completed at the first appointment.  Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions.  La Sanctite Reflexology & Wellness is not liable for any outcome arising from withheld or inaccurate information.

Gift Vouchers

·        Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase

·        Non refundable and non transferrable

·        Must be redeemed in person and presented at the appointment

·       Cannot be exchanged for cash

Liability Disclaimer

All treatments are provided with care and professionalism.  However:

·        Services are not medical treatments

·        Clients use our services at their own risk

·        The practitioner is not responsible for adverse effects if health conditions have not been disclosed (see Booking Appointments above)
